Ian von Memerty, the versatile and multi award winning entertainer and his wife, Viv, a former S.A. Latin and Ballroom Champion have delighted audiences with their performances over the last 18 years, and in the last 2 years in particular. They have also passed on their genes to their two children, Osc= ar (13) and Kasvia (8) – who asked if they could get in on the act. The result has been called “completely uplifting”, “inspired = and inspirational” and “pure magic”.

Ian says “I know it is a mad idea, like some old vaudeville troupe, but I would only do it if it was good. And the audiences LOVE IT. So here we are – the von Trapp Family Dancers on the road”. In this show we wa= nted to celebrate relationships – my relationship with music and the piano (Bohemian Rhapsody, Music Medley and The Simple Life), our relationship with each other (Sway, Lady In Red and Kiss) and the relationships of family and laughter (Old MacDonald Swings, Viv, The Sound of Music gets Gumboots and Gingham).”
